Statement of Impartiality

 

As BÜSTYAL Top Management;

  • In order to increase confidence in the test results performed in our laboratory; According to our Quality Management System based on TS ISO EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard;
  • We will continue all our activities by adhering to the principles of independence, honesty, confidentiality and reliability,
  • We will meet the required resources, information and technological infrastructure within our accredited service scope in order to obtain reliable results during laboratory studies,
  • During the test analysis, result and reporting processes; We will not put any pressure or suggestion on our personnel assigned to do the work that may affect the test results,
  • The wages of our laboratory staff will be independent of the number of tests they conduct or the results obtained from these tests,
  • We will not assign any additional duties (any duties-responsibilities related to the trade and quality of the tested products) to laboratory personnel, other than the job descriptions defined and approved in the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Quality management system, that may conflict with the job descriptions.
  • We will stay away from all kinds of commercial, financial and other internal and external pressures and influences; We will not engage in any activity that would diminish confidence in our competence, impartiality, decision-making or integrity regarding our work,
  • In order to prevent our customers from suffering losses; By adhering to our confidentiality principles, we will keep their information, documents and analysis results confidential by protecting them in accordance with the principle of protection of registered and proprietary rights (unless they have written consent to share the information obtained), and we will take all necessary measures to prevent them from falling into the hands of third parties,
  • We are aware of and accept all our duties, responsibilities and obligations towards compensating our organization for commercial and financial losses that may arise from third parties in case of violation of these principles,
